“Goodbye my little man, you leave a huge hole in my heart and a big emptiness in my life. I will always love you and you will be forever in my heart. You were special to me since the day we got you and fell in love with you instantly. You were a tough cookie and I loved that about you. I know you are no longer in pain, you are now able to see and walk and breath normally. Be happy little man, be healthy and be good to the other dogs at the bridge, don’t pick fights, until Mommy can be with you to protect you. Until we meet again, remember that I love you with all my heart and soul, your Mommy Tina

CHAMPION - June 26, 2004 - February 8, 2005
Dear Champion,
Our little king of pugs, we love you and miss you so much. The morning you
were born, I knew you would be the one we kept. For the first two weeks of
your life I held you and feed you and took care of you when mommy only
wanted to care for your sisters. You champy wampy were so precious and you
stole my heart from the second you arrived! We will never forget you and all
your cute little ways. You brought us so much joy in your short life, and I
know we will see you again. Thank you Champ for all the love you gave us,
you were growing into such a smart little boy. I know you hated the leash
and I am sorry I made you wear it. I am so sorry I could not get you out of
the way of that truck. We love you little baby man dog. You will live in our
hearts forever!
Love Your mommy Princess Jewels, Your daddy Jack, Your human mommy Pati,
Your human kid Hailey and your sisters Snickkers and Jasmine

Willy, our Little Man,
You came to us as a foster, so shy and sweet. From day one, you knew
ours would be your forever home. From the minute I laid my eyes on you, I
knew you were special. We miss everything about you! Especially the way
you'd flop on your side to get your tummy rubbed. You were perfect to us in
everyway. You were our mellow little man who would sit so patiently for
everything, except food, that is. That is when you would get so excited.
Our food aggressive man. We hope that the past 3 years were your best in
life. We tried to make them special for you. I know you're at peace now
and happily playing like you couldn't do here on earth. We love you so very
much, Willy. Until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge.....
We will forever be your family....
Love always, your mommy Leisha, your daddy Scott, your human sister and
brother, Kristen and Austin and your pug brother and sister, Dusty and Ernie

Chaka,
Our Girl, Our Love
Chaka will always be in our hearts. Her life had a hard start
with four years as breeding stock in a puppy mill. After she
lost her profitability she was ignored and left to die. When
she came to us she was just over four pounds, scared to death
and so sick. In two weeks she turned around and became the
most loyal, most loving pug imaginable. Every evening started
with a shower of kisses and each morning we woke to another
shower of kisses. She loved to run, boss he brother Corkey
around and run the house.
At
nine years of age her Pancreatitis got the best of her and
we lost her in one last bout. She was brave to the end, not
a whimper, not a cry just soulful looks of love.
Your
kisses are so missed. Find peace sweet pea.
Howard,
Michael, Corkey and all your many friends

Loving Memory of Momo
We lost you on February 7th, 2004, and we will never find
another Momo. We "rescued" you from an unhappy home,
but it turned out that you actually rescued us. Your sense
of humor, your utter devotion, those soulful eyes and that
persistently dangling tongue will stay with us forever. You
brought us joy beyond compare and we miss you so desperately.
We lost you much too soon and miss your Buddha spirit.
We
love you so, Mister B.

My heart shattered on January 9th, 2004. Molly the Pug, lost
her battle with PDE on that cold morning. Molly was blessed
with "Grand-Parents" and a "God-Mother"
amongst those who cherished her. She had licks of ice cream
(that I only found out about a year later) on hot summer days,
runs in the park on Sunday afternoons, and beautiful sleep in
my arms for three years. My house feels so bare without you
Molly. I know you are not hurting where you are today... I hope
your heaven is filled with the voices of the ones you loved,
cheese, huge parks and lots of peanut butter filled kongs.
Nothing will every replace you my little Pug Angel. We'll always
miss you.

I have no photo for Mister Chubbs who was 9 months old. I had
the best 2 weeks of my life with him. Today on 12/3/03 I took
him to the vet to have him nurtured, micro chip and tattoo.
Mister Chubbs passed away within 3 minutes of antisthesia. My
wonderful vet tried for 30 minutes to bring him back to life.
The first 2 weeks we went to work, Lake Chelan, Washington,
stayed in motels, rode elevators, played in the snow, slept
together. We had so much fun together. I waited 14 years to
get him, after the death of my pug of 18 years, I had decided
it was time for another. It had taken me one year to find him
only to loose him 2 weeks later. I feel so blessed to have known
Mister Chubbs. Thank you for listening.

Cosmo (Cosmo Bander Esquire; AKC)
Born 6/29/2001 Driftwood, Tx; Died 6/4/2003 Austin, Tx; from
Pug Dog Encephalitis
Cosmo,
the name given to a spirit so strong, bright, loving, and
beautiful it captured the hearts of those who came to know
him during his nearly two year life as the quintessential
pug. Joining our family following a life-saving surgery and
a stressful job loss, he brought so much joy and laughter
when it was needed most. Always the animated comedian, his
mastery of 100 words coupled with his constant soft verbalizations
left so many folks to say, including his vet, he seemed more
“like a person stuck in a little pug suit.” He
liked to wake us with a kiss, once eyes opened lots of kisses
followed, finally we would playfully tell him “too many
kisses” and he would stop. His first PDE attack would
have killed him but for the prayers of those who cared for
him world wide. We thank all his friends and care-givers for
their help and especially thank Cosmo for being so brave in
fighting off the ravages of his disease for 6 more quality
months of time together. One of his defining traits was how
tears would run down his cheeks when he watched us leave the
house without him. Now tears of joy and sadness are ours when
we look back at his too short life. Cosmo will always hold
a special place in our hearts and our laps. In the Hindu tradition,
together with Grandma & Grandpa he loved so much, we sprinkled
his ashes in a running stream we often visit. We prayed that
his extraordinary spirit finds its way to a worthy host and
now hope that whoever is near him, give him lots of kisses,
too many kisses for us.

You so fully integrated yourself into our family’s hearts

us around the house and waiting for us on the windowsill will
be greatly missed. You were the perfect Pug.
